Courtesy Shuttle Service is provided as part of your rental package*. For many locations Rolo is an off airport operator, and provides an efficient shuttle service.

Our standard collection procedure is to collect our customers from their pickup location - airport or city - in one of our shuttle buses free of charge*. On completion of rental, we also shuttle our customers to their desired location* - airport or city. (* on all 5 or more day rentals. Within 5km radius of depot. Less than 5 day rentals incur a shuttle service fee during office hours.).

Our courtesy shuttle has you quickly back to our depot from the airport, city or any other arranged location. All Rolo Rent A Car depots are located on major thorough fares heading north and south. The complete details of pickup/drop off procedure is provided on the Getting Your Car – What Happens? page and also on confirmation of rental. If it is imperative that you have the car delivered to you at the airport so that you can leave immediately or it is imperative that you leave the car at the airport car park let our representative know and he/she will organize this for you. A fee applies for this service and will be specified during our quotation.
