Out of Hours Fees

Standard Operating Hours for all Depots/Administration/Reservations Team are:

(Service is still provide outside of the below standard office hours for a nominal $33.00 outside of hours service fee.)

Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
Sunday: 8:30am - 3:00pm

Please Note: Return of vehicles outside of office hours can only take place at major airports and as arranged by administration. During office hours the Rolo courtesy shuttle service is provided free* of charge to return you to the airport. Direct returns to major Airports outside of office hours and during office hours incurs a premium location recovery charge of $30.00AUD.

* on 5 or more day rentals.

An out of hours service fee of $33.00 applies for rentals occuring outside of standard office hours. See above for standard hours.
