Hours and Dates of Operation

(Outside of hours service provided on rentals for late flights etc for a nominal fee quoted at time of booking/reservation – See here for outside of hours fees)

Standard Operating Hours for all Depots/Administration/Reservations Team are:

• Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
• Saturday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Sunday: 8:30am - 3:00pm

Dates of Closure for Rolo Rent A Car / Van and Bus Hire are:

• Good Friday - 14th April 2006
• Christmas Day - Monday 25th December 2006
• Boxing Day - Tuesday 26th December 2006
• New Years Day - Monday 1st January 2007

Outside of Standard Hours Fees Per Vehicle

An out of hours service fee of $33.00 applies for rentals occuring outside of standard office hours. See above for standard hours.

Please Note: Return of vehicles outside of office hours can only take place at major airports and as arranged by administration. Direct returns to major Airports incurs a premium location recovery charge of $30.00AUD. During office hours the Rolo courtesy shuttle service is provided free* of charge to return you to the airport.
