• Travel Insurance: Do you have travel insurance? If you do you may not need to take out additional collision damage protection through our company. You should contact your insurance provider to find to what limit you are covered.
  
  
• Vehicle inspection: Besides completing the relevant documentation, the most important aspect of hiring a vehicle is checking for prior damage via the damage report form. Through Rolo, this is completed initially by our detailers, and then again by the client and one of our staff prior to the vehicle being released to the client. This checking of the vehicle requires times and thoroughness and should never be completed hastily.
